Primary responsibility is to handle incoming contacts from the general public
and to respond to non-routine telephone inquiries in a customer-orientated
call center following standard scripts and procedures. The applicant will perform basic
tasks requiring working knowledge of the Company's services, in addition
to processing all aspects of orders for new and existing customers. Must remain in
control of the calls at all times and use their customer service skills to
de-escalate hostile callers. Good judgment and decision-making must be evidenced at all times.
